Service Fees
Transparent and affordable physiotherapy pricing. Payment is required at the time of consultation unless prior arrangements have been made.
Fees are the same for both initial assessments and follow-up appointments.
ACC Appointments
(45–60 minutes)
- Adults: $20
- Students/CSC & SuperGold card holders: $10
Non ACC Appointments
(45–60 minutes)
- Adults: $115
- Students/CSC & SuperGold card holders: $100
Booking Policies
- ACC: If your injury is covered by ACC, a surcharge applies. We can guide you through eligibility.
- In the event that your ACC claim is not approved, all services provided will be charged at our standard private rates
- Missed Appointments: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and contactless payments including card, phone, and EFTPOS.
